Guests who register for the pre-sale will be assigned an Earliest Booking Time in the order they register. Once the pre-sale ends, the general public will be able to book.

No, airfare is not included in the festival package. Here's what's included! Sixthman will do everything to ensure your experience can't be beat from the moment you step off the plane at until All The Best comes to an end.

Yes! Complimentary ground transportation between the Punta Cana International Airport and Breathless + Now Onyx resorts is included in your festival package for guests arriving on November 15th or 16th and departing on November 20th or 21st. If your travel dates fall outside of those dates, please contact our Guest Services department.

Paid in Full Discount

Reservations that are paid in full within 72 hours of initial lineup announcement will receive a 5% discount off room fare. The Paid In Full Discount will only apply if the entire reservation is paid for and is not available on a per person basis.

Youth Discount

Children 3- 12 years of age at the time of the event will receive a $199 youth discount. Children up to 3 years of age at the time of the festival will be free if booked as the third/fourth guest in the room. Children up to 3 years of age added as the second guest in the room will receive a $199 youth discount and will not be charged the resort fee.

Military Discount

Guests who are active or retired military are eligible to receive a 5% discount off room fare for the entire room. To receive this discount, please email one of the following items below to allthebestfest@sixthman.net after your reservation has been confirmed. Please blacken out your social security number before sending.

  • Copy of the military LES (Leave and Earning Statement)
  • Copy of military retirement papers (DD214 or DD256)
  • Copy of proof of honorable discharge (Form DD214)
  • Proof for Cadets: A letter from his/her Commander or a copy of a military pay stub.

 

Single Occupancy Discount

Guests traveling by themselves in their own room are responsible for the double-occupancy rate of the room (the double rate times two). Single occupancy rooms will be charged Resort Fees  for only one guest, and will receive a discount of $199.00 off the second fare.

Room Selection

During booking you will select your desired room category and occupancy. Your room assignment will be appointed upon check-in at the resort.

Sixthman Profile

You'll need to login with (or create) a Sixthman profile to book. If you've vacationed with Sixthman previously or signed up for the All The Best Pre-Sale you have a profile. Recover forgotten login credentials here, or contact us or try our live chat for immediate assistance. If you or a guest needs a Sixthman profile, you can create one while booking.

Guest Permissions

If you were a Lead Guest on a prior event and are traveling with the same guests, your guests will be in a dropdown list for you to add to your room. If you're traveling with someone who has a Sixthman profile but has NOT traveled with you previously, have your guests sign in to their Sixthman profile and add your username to their 'Approved Lead Guests' list in the 'Guest Permissions' section. They'll then be on the dropdown list for you while booking.

Naming Guests

You can add your guests later but fees may apply. See more details here. You are obligated for the full room fare of the occupancy level you select during the reservation process even if you do not add guests to fill your entire room. If you wish to add guests beyond the capacity of the occupancy level you select during the reservation process you may do so based on availability for the additional room fare associated with the transaction.

Credit Card Payment

Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are all accepted. If you are paying with multiple credit cards, you will need all of the credit card numbers (with expiration date and card verification number) as well as the name and billing address for each card.

To let someone add you to their reservation, you'll need to have a Sixthman profile and add your lead guest to Your Approved Lead Guests list.

Create a Sixthman profile here, or sign in to your existing profile. Then, in the Guest Permissions section, click the "Approve A Lead Guest" button and enter your lead guest's username.

Once you save it, they'll appear in Your Approved Lead Guests list. You're all set, the lead guest can now add you as a guest in their room!

This coverage must be purchased before your final payment due date. Coverage for all benefits except trip cancellation will begin on the departure date. The trip cancellation benefit will begin at 12:01 AM on the day after Travel Insured receives your application. For pre-existing conditions to be covered you need to purchase Insurance within 21 days of your deposit (other restrictions apply).

Travel Insured also offers Cancel For Any Reason 50% Protection. The Cancel for Any Reason option is only available when specifically requested on the original application and the appropriate premium has been paid. Our artists are excited to join you for the whole event. However, there may be some cases where they must join us during the event or depart early due to schedule or family commitments.

All The Best is sold in US Dollars and all charges incurred prior to the event will be charged as USD. Currency conversion shown on the website is for example purposes only. All pre-event payments will be processed as USD and non-USD accounts are subject to your bank’s exchange rate at the time of each transaction and are also subject to any foreign transaction fees of your bank. All resort charges will be listed and charged in US Dollars and non-USD accounts are subject to your bank’s exchange rate at the time of each transaction and are also subject to any foreign transaction fees of your bank.

ROOMS: Accessible "Swim Up (bed options vary) are available and include wider clearance through doorways, toilet, bathroom rails, shower benches and roll-in showers. There is an in-room ramp to lower level and a ramp to the "swim up" pool area. The rooms do not have a tub. In addition, the resort has ramps throughout the hotel; including reception, pool and beach access areas. There are elevators located in all buildings and lobbies.

VENUES: Each venue will have a designated accessible area for guests as needed. Access to the main beach stage is provided directly from the resort sidewalk to a ramp leading directly to the ADA platform area.

We will have five beach wheelchairs on site for mobility impaired guests to use as needed. These will be available on a first come, first served basis and will be available at the Breathless Water Sports Center. We kindly ask that you return them to the same location once you are finished and you limit use to two hours so they can used by any guest throughout the week. If you’d like to rent a beach wheelchair for personal use every day, please do so through Scooters DR.

If you decide not to do automatic monthly billing, this minimum payment schedule allows guests to make installment payments for your trip over a period of time. The date that you place your reservation will dictate your minimum deposit amount, after which you would be required to make any future payments according to the schedule. To make a payment on an existing reservation, please login to your account.

Payment Schedule

  • $200 per person due at the time of reservation and;
  • Another $250 per person is due on February 18, 2020
  • Another $550 per person is due on April 18, 2020
  • Another $650 per person is due on June 18, 2020
  • Remaining 100% is due on August 18th, 2020

*Single occupancy rooms require twice the above amounts.

To make a payment, booked guests can sign in to their Sixthman account and click 'Make a Payment' next to their reservation. Any named guest on a reservation can submit an online payment.

Payments can also be made via phone by calling Sixthman at 877-959-7898.

You may purchase travel protection while placing your reservation online or by calling Sixthman Guest Services at 1-877-959-7898 after your reservation has been placed. Travel Protection is sold per person and based of the amount you'd like covered (minimum coverage is the per person cost of the room plus all taxes and fees). You may also call Sixthman to request additional coverage for other travel, such as airfare.

For a complete list of rates and coverage details please visit www.sixthman.net/protection. Please note that the CFAR benefit (CANCEL FOR ANY REASON) is in addition to the standard policy and allows a refund of up to 50% of the non-refundable Trip Cost for reservations that are canceled without a covered reason up until 48 hours prior to the event. This benefit must be purchased within 21 days of trip purchase.

The Lead Guest on the reservation is responsible for making sure minimum payments are met. However, each guest can sign in (or call in) individually to make their own payment for their share of the room with their own credit card information.

When making the reservation, the Lead Guest can pay for only their portion of the minimum initial deposit, but the reservation must be brought current within 72 hours. Within this time frame, other guests can make their initial payments. The Lead Guest is responsible for making sure the reservation is current within 72 hours or will risk cancellation.

Only Lead Guests can request to change or remove existing guests, or to upgrade to a higher priced category. Downgrading your room to a room of lesser value is not allowed. The Lead Guest must request these changes by phone or email.

If applicable, reservations are subject to a Lead Guest change fee of $299. No lead guest changes or transfers are permitted after August 18, 2020 OR once the event is on a waiting list, whichever comes first.

ALL names must be received by August 18, 2020. Each reservation is allowed one free name change prior to August 18, 2020. Additional changes prior to that date are subject to a $50 administrative fee per change.

Any changes, including adding unnamed guests made after August 18, 2020, but more than one week before the event are $75 per change. Any changes, including adding unnamed guests made within a week of the event are $100 per change. Changes or additions made within the week prior to the event must be done in person at check-in, and may incur a fee up to $299 per change.

If you are the lead guest with an existing reservation you can add a guest online. First, your guest needs a Sixthman Username, and needs to give you permission to add them to your room.

Provide your guest with your Sixthman Username, and have them create a Sixthman profile here, or login to their existing profile. In the Guest Permissions section have them add you to their Approved Lead Guest list.

Once they're done, you can login to your profile and they'll appear in Your Authorized Guests list. Now, go to your current reservation and add them in the Personal Information section.

One week after missing a scheduled payment date, a late fee of $35 is added to the reservation.

Three weeks after missing a scheduled payment date, a final notice of impending cancellation is sent, and the reservation may be cancelled by Sixthman within 7 days.

If you are unable to make a payment as scheduled, please contact Sixthman PRIOR to the payment due date. In extreme circumstances, alternate payment schedules may be arranged. Alternate payment schedules are solely at the discretion of Sixthman. Defaulting on alternate payment arrangements will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation.

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to create a reservation and accept the Lead Passenger responsibilities. Guests of all ages may attend the event however any guest under 18-years-old they must be accompanied* by a guest 18 years or older. NO exceptions will be made at resort. 

Everyone who purchases a All The Best package will have access to the event programming.

Yes! Daily Friends of Bill W. meetings will be held. Hours and location will be shared closer to the event, and will be posted at the Guest Services desk on site. 

Yes! At time of booking, you acknowledge that the laws that regulate the necessary travel documentation are subject to change and that it is your responsibility to be aware of what is required for travel.

All guests are required to carry a valid passport, not expiring within six (6) months of the return of your trip.

Please note that the name on your ticket must match the name on your passport or you will need to provide an original copy of proof of change of name (marriage license, etc).

Photos and short video clips are allowed. However, please respect your fellow guests and be unobtrusive when taking photos or video clips.

The following are not permitted at any performances or activities:

  • Detachable lenses longer than 3”
  • Filming an entire performance
  • Flash photography
  • GoPro or similar style action cameras
  • iPad or other tablets
  • Professional audio or video equipment
  • Selfie sticks, monopods or tripods

 

Sixthman reserves the right to ask guests to stop filming or taking photos at any time to preserve the guest experience and honor the wishes of our artists.

The dress code for All The Best is very relaxed. We want you to be comfortable! When dining in the restaurants, shirt, shoes and bathing suit cover-ups are required. 

Congrats on your upcoming marriage, how exciting! To ensure every guest has an amazing time on their vacation our team’s focus is 100% on executing the festival, Sixthman is unable to assist in the organization of your vows. However, the resort is equipped to assist with your wedding! Please contact the onsite Groups Wedding Coordinator at the resort.

Shuttles will run throughout the day from the Punta Cana International Airport to the Resort on arrival and departure days. Sixthman will be requesting your flight details in the coming months to coordinate ground transportation and keep track of any and all flight changes or updates.

All guests attending All The Best must have a reservation booked through Sixthman and must be staying at Breathless + Now Onyx Resorts to attend the shows. There are no day passes or off-site passes available for this festival.

Resort staff and drink gratuities are already included in the price of your vacation package. While you are welcome to extend additional gratuities at your discretion, these minimum service gratuities are agreed to be paid by you upon booking your room.

Smoking is prohibited indoors, in the pools, directly in front of the main stage as well as outdoor dining areas. This includes regular cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, cigars or pipes.

Guests are permitted to smoke on their balconies but not inside their rooms. Smoking inside your stateroom may result in a cleaning charge added to your resort account. If cigarette burns on furniture, linens, towels or carpeting are detected; guests will be advised and charged for the damages. Electronic cigarettes cannot be used in public areas where there is a No Smoking policy in force.

Punta Cana has a wide-variety of things to explore outside of the resort. Adventures will be available for purchase and details shared closer to the event. 

Festival programming will begin in the early evening on November 16th and end on the night of the 19th. Each day will feature light programming including workshops, activities, and a few shows and 2-3 main shows each night on the Beach Stage. Most artists will perform 1-2 times over the four days, plus collaborations and special shows. 

 

Check-out is at noon on November 20th, but enjoy the resort's amenities until your scheduled shuttle arrives! 

Although rooms will be ready around 3:00pm, check-in is available throughout the day and resort staff will safeguard your luggage. The staff will notify you when your room is ready. Go enjoy the amenities baggage & hands-free!

Accessible Caribbean Suites (King Bed Only) are available and include wider clearance through doorways, toilet, bathroom rails, shower benches and roll-in showers. The rooms do not have hydro spa tub. Please contact Sixthman directly to reserve a wheelchair accessible stateroom as these rooms are not available to book online.

Your information and requirements will be sent to Breathless + Now Onyx Resorts approximately 60 days prior to the event. If your needs require more advanced notice, the Sixthman team will notify the Resort accordingly. Approximately 4-6 weeks prior to the festival you will receive additional information regarding how you may contact the resort directly for any additional questions you may have.

The resort is equipped with ramps throughout the hotel; including reception, pool and beach areas. There are elevators located in all buildings and lobbies. NOTE: The Element Terrace and Toro Terrace are wheelchair accessible.

At time of booking, please discuss your needs with the Sixthman Guest Services team by contacting us. We will notify the resort for guests with specific medical dietary restrictions upon request. Refrigerators are available in all rooms for storing insulin.

If you have any food allergy or a dietary requirement that requires Kosher meals or gluten free food products, please advise Sixthman at the time of booking. Obtaining the product for many of these requests requires 45-days notice prior to sailing, and we want to ensure that the resort is able to fulfill your request. We cannot guarantee Kosher meal or gluten free food product requests made within 45 days of fesival date.

Breathless + Now Onyx Resorts is equipped with 24 hour medical center.

Whether you are admitted to the resort's medical center or a medical facility in Punta Cana, your medical expenses will be your out-of-pocket responsibility. Most standard health insurance policies do not cover treatment outside of the US. Please check with your insurance provider for more information.

To ensure that you have assistance with medical expenses during your trip, we strongly recommend the purchase of travel protection. Yes. Breathless & Now accepts service dogs that are trained to perform a specific task. A service dog may be needed for many different conditions, which would be acceptable under the American with Disabilities Act (ADA) guidelines. It is your responsibility to be aware of what is required for to travel with a service animal.
