There are designated accessible areas in each venue, as well as Sixthman staff working in the area (we're the ones in the gray or blue shirts with our logo on them and CREW on the back). Don't hesitate to ask for help if you need anything, that's what we're here for!

The resort is equipped with ramps throughout the hotel; including reception and beach areas. There are elevators located in all buildings and lobbies. NOTE: There are no wheelchair lifts in the pools. 

If you require mobility assistance for the entirety of the festival these items are available for rent through the resort's recommended third party company, Scooters DR.

We will have five beach wheelchairs on site for mobility impaired guests to use as needed. These will be available on a first come, first served basis and will be available at the Breathless Water Sports Center. We kindly ask that you return them to the same location once you are finished and you limit use to two hours so they can used by any guest throughout the week. If you’d like to rent a beach wheelchair for personal use every day, please do so through Scooters DR.

If you contacted the Sixthman Guest Services team about your needs prior to attending the festival, we have notified the resort upon request. Refrigerators are available in all rooms for storing insulin.

Thank you for supporting our local communities’ furry friends! We will have a designated drop-off location in the lobby of each resort on November 11th. Feel free to stop by the lobby of your resort any time that day to add your items.

The All The Best Fest Merchandise Store is located near the Central Plaza at Now Onyx. Purchases can be made by cash (USD), credit card, or debit card. Please note -- you will not be able to charge Merch Store purchases to your room. 

We’re bringing John’s favorite holiday to the Caribbean for our themed night on Tuesday, November 12th, “A John Prine Christmas!” Wrap yourself in pretty ribbons of blue for this evening celebrating holiday wishes, dreams, and desires. Draw inspiration from John’s classic tune with a little flair or get wild in full holiday attire as a beach-livin’ Santa & Mrs. Claus. Get crafty with ugly sweaters (or tank tops?), tinsel, ornaments, and more to show off your holiday spirit. It’s going to be a November Christmas on the beach to remember!

We recommend changing into your festive attire during a late afternoon or evening break, but you're welcome to dress up all day.

Your All The Best vacation with Sixthman and Oh Boy ends the morning of November 15th, with our last show the night of the 14th. If you are departing on the 15th, you must be checked out by 12:00pm but you're welcome to enjoy the resort's amenities until it's time to board your scheduled shuttle. 

Shuttles will run throughout the day from the Punta Cana International Airport to the resort based on the transportation & flight information you submitted through your Sixthman account. On your departure day, Amstar recommends boarding your shuttle 3.5 hours prior to your flight time. For questions about shuttles during All The Best, please visit the Amstar Desk located at both Breathless and Now Onyx.

SHUTTLE SERVICE: Complimentary shuttle service from the Punta Cana International Airport to the Breathless and Now Onyx resorts is available for all guests arriving as early as November 8th and leaving as late as November 18th. Upon exiting the terminal building, you will see Amstar staff, wearing blue-flowered shirts holding signs with the All The Best logo, who will direct you to your shuttle. If your travel dates fall on any other dates, please contact our Guest Services team for assistance. 

RENTAL CARS: If you are arriving in Punta Cana early and renting a car, parking is available at no additional cost.

TAXIS: Taxis are available outside the Arrivals gate at Punta Cana International Airport. 

Yes! There will be daily Friends of Bill W meetings in the Joya Meeting Room located in Spotlight Theater (to the left of the stage) at Now Onyx.

Resort staff and drink gratuities are already included in the price of your vacation package. While you are welcome to extend additional gratuities at your discretion, these included minimum service gratuities are agreed to be paid by you upon booking your room.

All resort charges will be listed and charged in US Dollars and non-USD accounts are subject to your bank’s exchange rate at the time of each transaction and are also subject to any foreign transaction fees of your bank.

Free WiFi is included in your All The Best package! We strongly recommend you download and utilize a free messaging service such as WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger to call and message your fellow Best Fest-ers or loved ones back home. If you have an iPhone, both iMessage and FaceTime will work while in the Dominican.

NOTE: Breathless + Now Onyx have updated their phone plan policy and international phone calls are no longer complimentary. Calls placed from your room cost $1.50 per minute.

Arrival and departure to the resort will be coordinated based on your flight time and check-in will be available throughout the day as your complimentary shuttles arrive at the resort. All rooms will be ready around 3:00pm on the 11th and everyone needs to check out by noon on the 15th. Please know that if you arrive before 3:00pm on the 11th or leave after 12:00pm on the 15th you will still have access to the resort amenities on those days. 

Due to the unique nature of this event, Room Service will not be available at Breathless + Now Onyx resorts. Sixthman will be working closely with the resort to ensure food options are available before and after nightly concerts. Restaurant hours and locations can be viewed within the app Points Of Interest tab.

Punta Cana has a wide-variety of things to explore outside of the resort! Adventures are available for purchase online through Amstar, or you may visit the Amstar Desk on resort property to inquire about available excursions. 

Breathless + Now Onyx Resorts are equipped with a 24-hour medical center.

Whether you are admitted to the resort's medical center or a medical facility in Punta Cana, your medical expenses will be your out-of-pocket responsibility. Most standard health insurance policies do not cover treatment outside of the US. Please check with your insurance provider for more information.

To ensure that you have assistance with medical expenses during your trip, we strongly recommend the purchase of travel insurance. Sixthman offers you a leading travel insurance plan through our partnership with Travel Insured International. To discuss questions and pricing for insurance coverage, please contact Sixthman Guest Services.

Saving seats in any venue is discouraged. However, we understand when folks need to step away for a moment and will be returning quickly. You will be permitted to hold one seat for a friend or traveling companion at general admission shows.

Items left unattended for more than 30 minutes will be turned in to Lost & Found. 

Please help to keep designated Wheelchair and Special Assistance Accessible areas clear for those guests who need them.

Please refrain from moving chairs in all venues so that we can comfortably accommodate as many guests as possible.

 

Photos and short video clips are allowed. However, please respect your fellow guests and be unobtrusive when taking photos or video clips.

The following are not permitted at any performances or activities:

  • Detachable lenses longer than 3”
  • Filming an entire performance
  • Flash photography
  • GoPro or similar style action cameras
  • iPad or other tablets
  • Professional audio or video equipment
  • Selfie sticks, monopods or tripods

 

Sixthman reserves the right to ask guests to stop filming or taking photos at any time to preserve the guest experience and honor the wishes of our artists.

The Dominican Republic regulates several items that visitors can bring into the country. Up to 200 cigarettes (1 carton), 1 liter of alcohol, and gifts not exceeding $100(USD) can be brought into the country duty-free.

We have worked with The Breathless + Now Onyx resorts to relax their normally strict dress code for this event, as we want you to be comfortable throughout your vacation with us. We just ask that you wear shoes and cover up over your bathing suit when dining in the restaurants.

Additionally, you're encouraged to show your holiday spirit on Tuesday for our themed night "A John Prine Christmas". 

Smoking is prohibited in ALL indoor spaces (including your suite), in the pools, directly in front of the stages as well as outdoor dining areas. This includes regular cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, cigars or pipes. 

Look for designated smoking areas noted with signage. 

Guests are permitted to smoke on their balconies. Smoking inside your room may result in a cleaning charge added to your resort account.

If you do plan on booking additional nights with the hotel directly, please use the same first and last name and email address that is on your All The Best reservation. To better your chances of staying in the same room for the duration of your stay, also be sure to reserve the same room type for your extra nights. Every effort is made to keep you in the same room for your entire stay, however, this cannot be guaranteed.​

THINGS TO KNOW

  • These rates are only available on November 8th, 9th, 10th, 15th, 16th, and 17th. Our rates are not guaranteed outside of 3 days prior and 3 days after the event. If you are interested in a longer stay, book your other nights directly through Breathless or Now Onyx resorts. 
  • Payments for all reservations booked through the above direct booking links are due in full at the time of booking and are non-refundable if canceled inside of 7 days prior to check-in.  
  • Standard resort operations apply during Pre & Post nights. All The Best programming will begin the evening of the 11th and the final show will be the night of the 14th.    
  • As stated above, every effort is made to keep you in the same room for your entire stay, however, only event nights are guaranteed.

 

SHUTTLE SERVICE

Complimentary shuttle service between the Punta Cana International Airport to the Breathless and Now Onyx resorts is available for guests arriving as early as November 8th and leaving as late as November 18th. Enter your flight details in your Sixthman profile by October 21st so that Sixthman may coordinate seamless transportation for you. If you need a shuttle transfer between PUJ airport and Breathless and Now Onyx on a different day than your flight, please enter the dates you need transportation. 


CHECK IN & CHECK OUT

Check In begins at 3:00pm. If you arrive before then you will be able to check into the hotel and use the facilities, but your room will not be ready until after 3:00pm.

Check Out is by 12:00pm. You must be checked out of your room no later than 12:00pm. If your flight is later in the day, you will be able to use the resort's facilities until 6:00pm.

Room Selection: During booking you will select your desired room category and occupancy. Your room assignment will be appointed upon check-in at the resort.

Sixthman Usernames: You'll need to login with (or create) a Sixthman Username to book. If you've vacationed with Sixthman previously or signed up for the All The Best Pre-Sale you have a username. Recover forgotten login credentials here, or contact us or try our live chat for immediate assistance. If you or a guest needs a Sixthman Username you can create one while booking.

Guest Permissions: If you were a Lead Guest on a prior Sixthman event and are traveling with the same guests, your guests will be in a dropdown list for you to add to your room. If you're traveling with someone who has a Sixthman Username but has NOT traveled with you previously, have your guests login to their Sixthman profile and add your username to their 'Approved Lead Guests' list in the 'Guest Permissions' section. They'll then be on the dropdown list for you while booking.

Naming Guests: You can add your guests later but fees may apply. See more details here. You are obligated for the full room fare of the occupancy level you select during the reservation process even if you do not add guests to fill your entire room. If you wish to add guests beyond the capacity of the occupancy level you select during the reservation process you may do so based on availability for the additional room fare associated with the transaction.

Credit Card Payment: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are all accepted. If you are paying with multiple credit cards, you will need all of the credit card numbers (with expiration date and card verification number) as well as the name and billing address for each card.

To let someone add you to their reservation, you'll need to have a Sixthman Username and add your lead guest to Your Approved Lead Guests list. Create a Sixthman profile here, or login to your existing profile. Then, in the Guest Permissions section, click the "Add New Lead Guest" button and enter your lead guest's username. Once you save it, they'll appear in Your Approved Lead Guests list. You're all set, the lead guest can now add you as a guest in their room!

Our artists are excited to join you for the whole event. However, there may be some cases where they must join us during the event or depart early due to schedule or family commitments.

No, airfare is not included in the festival package. Read up on what's included and what's not included! Sixthman will do everything to ensure your experience can't be beat from the moment you step off the plane at Punta Cana Airport until All The Best comes to an end.

Paid In Full Discount*: Reservations made through January 12, 2019 that are paid in full within 72 hours of booking will receive a 5% discount off room fare. The Paid In Full Discount will only apply if the entire reservation is paid for and is not available on a per person basis.

Youth Discount: Children 3-12 years at time of the festival will receive a $199 youth discount. Children up to 3 years of age at the time of the festival will be free if booked as the third/fourth guest in the room. Children up to 3 years of age added as the second guest in the room will receive a $199 youth discount and will not be charged the resort fee.

Military Discount*: Guests who are active or retired military are eligible to receive a 5% discount off room fare for the entire room. To receive this discount, please email one of the following items below to allthebestfest@sixthman.net after your reservation has been confirmed. Please blacken out your social security number before sending.

  • Copy of the military LES (Leave and Earning Statement)
  • Copy of military retirement papers (DD214 or DD256)
  • Copy of proof of honorable discharge (Form DD214)
  • Proof for Cadets: A letter from his/her Commander or a copy of a military pay stub.

Accessible "Swim Up" rooms (bed options vary) are available and include wider clearance through doorways, toilet, bathroom rails, shower benches and roll-in showers. Accessible rooms do not have a tub or jacuzzi. There is an in-room ramp to lower level and a ramp to the "swim up" pool area. In addition, the resort has ramps throughout the hotel; including reception, pool and beach access areas. There are elevators located in all buildings and lobbies.

Breathless + Now Onyx Resorts welcomes all guests. However, The Dominican Republic is considered to have a moderate risk of Zika virus transmission.  If you are pregnant or could be pregnant at the time of this event we recommend you consult your physician regarding your travel plans. There is no minimum age for infants, but we recommend you consult your pediatrician before planning international travel with children under 6 months of age.

Because Zika infection during pregnancy can cause severe birth defects, pregnant women should not travel to the areas where the Zika virus is present. Partners of pregnant women and couples considering pregnancy should know the risks to pregnancy and take prevention steps. All travelers should strictly follow steps to prevent mosquito bites and prevent sexual transmission during and after the trip.

ALL DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. If you wish to protect your investment, we strongly recommend the purchase of travel protection. We've teamed up with Travel Insured to offer two levels of insurance: a standard protection policy and a 50% Cancel for Any Reason add-on policy.

  • Travel Insured's standard policy will reimburse cancellations at 100% of monies paid for covered cancellation reasons.
  • Travel Insured's Cancel For Any Reason add-on policy will reimburse up to 50% of monies paid when canceling for any reason not covered by the standard policy when canceled at least 48 hours prior to the event.*

Remember that sometimes unwelcome events occur to disrupt great trips:

 

  • You are protected, up to full trip cost, if bad weather causes your common carrier to cease operating for 24 hours or more.
  • Illness or injury to you or a traveling companion or immediate family member causing you to cancel or interrupt your trip.
  • Missed Connection coverage can pay your expenses (up to $500) to rejoin the event or tour when you miss the departure due to a three-hour or more flight delay.
  • Emergency Medical Expense covers you if you need treatment in a foreign hospital for a sudden illness or accident. We guarantee your admission!
  • Trip Cancellation can cover terrorist events, a job layoff (if employed for 1 or more year) or jury duty.*
  • Assistance will be there if you lose medications or a passport, or need help canceling lost credit cards.


This coverage must be purchased before your final payment due date. Coverage for all benefits except trip cancellation will begin on the departure date. The trip cancellation benefit will begin at 12:01 AM on the day after Travel Insured receives your application. For pre-existing conditions to be covered you need to purchase Insurance within 21 days of your deposit (other restrictions apply).

Travel Insured also offers Cancel For Any Reason 50% Protection. The Cancel for Any Reason option is only available when specifically requested on the original application and the appropriate premium has been paid. The Cancel For Any Reason benefit must be purchased within 21 days of your initial trip deposit. This benefit allows the insured to receive a refund of up to 50% of covered trip costs on reservations cancelled up to 48 hours prior to departure for any reason outside of the covered circumstances.

Enroll in Automatic Monthly Billing and customize your own payment schedule! See the details.

If you decide not to do automatic monthly billing, this minimum payment schedule allows guests to make installment payments for your trip over a period of time. The date that you place your reservation will dictate your minimum deposit amount, after which you would be required to make any future payments according to the schedule. To make a payment on an existing reservation, please login to your account.

Payment Schedule

  • $350 per person due at the time of reservation and;
  • Another $400 per person is due on February 12, 2019
  • Another $450 per person is due on March 12, 2019
  • Another $500 per person is due on June 12, 2019
  • Remaining 100% is due on August 12th, 2019

*Single occupancy rooms require twice the above amounts.

How it Works:

Option 1:
Give the new guest your Sixthman Username. While booking, your friend must enter your Sixthman Username in the REFERRER field (located in “Step 3" of the booking pages) to receive the $100 discount.

Option 2:
As the referrer, you can log into your Sixthman account, go to the Referrals section and select the event that you’d like to share with your friend. Enter your friend’s email address, add a personalized message, and click “Send Email”! They will receive an email telling them all about the discount, the festival, and how they can be a part of it.

The Fine Print:

  • Rooms booked during the pre-sale period are not eligible for the referral program.
  • Referrals are not retroactive, thus cannot be added after the reservation has been made.
  • The program ends 30 days prior to the event, October 12, 2019 or upon a sell-out -- whichever comes first.
  • The referrer must be currently booked on All The Best.
  • All guests in the referred room must be new to Sixthman in order to be eligible for the $100 discount.* Referrals apply to full rooms only; they do not apply to individual guests within a room.
  • Rooms booked by travel agents not eligible to participate in referral program.
  • The discount for the referrer will be applied within 7 - 14 days of their username being entered. Please contact Sixthman PRIOR to the event if your referral does not appear on your confirmation


If the new room adds an alumnus to the room at a later date, then the new room will not get the discount. The referred room will no longer be eligible for the discount and the referrer will no longer receive the discount on their room fare.
 

To make a payment, booked guests can login to their Sixthman account and click 'Make a Payment' next to their reservation. Any named guest on a reservation can submit an online payment.

Payments can also be made via phone by calling Sixthman at 877-959-7898.

You may purchase travel protection while placing your reservation online or by calling Sixthman Guest Services at 1-877-959-7898 after your reservation has been placed. Travel Protection is sold per person and based of the amount you'd like covered (minimum coverage is the per person cost of the room plus all taxes and fees). You may also call Sixthman to request additional coverage for other travel, such as airfare.

For a complete list of rates and coverage details please visit www.sixthman.net/protection. Please note that the CFAR benefit (CANCEL FOR ANY REASON) is in addition to the standard policy and allows a refund of up to 50% of the non-refundable Trip Cost for reservations that are canceled without a covered reason up until 48 hours prior to the event. This benefit must be purchased within 21 days of trip purchase.

The Lead Guest on the reservation is responsible for making sure minimum payments are met. However, each guest can log in (or call in) individually to make their own payment for their share of the room with their own credit card information.

When making the reservation, the Lead Guest can pay for only their portion of the minimum initial deposit, but the reservation must be brought current within 72 hours. Within this time frame, other guests can make their initial payments. The Lead Guest is responsible for making sure the reservation is current within 72 hours or will risk cancellation.

Only Lead Guests can request to change or remove existing guests, or to upgrade to a higher priced category. Downgrading your room to a room of lesser value is not allowed. The Lead Guest must request these changes by phone or email.

If applicable, reservations are subject to a Lead Guest change fee of $299. No lead guest changes or transfers are permitted after August 12, 2019 OR once the event is on a waiting list, whichever comes first.

ALL names must be received by August 12, 2019. Each reservation is allowed one free name change prior to August 12, 2019. Additional changes prior to that date are subject to a $50 administrative fee per change.

Any changes, including adding unnamed guests made after August 12, 2019, but more than one week before the event are $75 per change. Any changes, including adding unnamed guests made within a week of the event are $100 per change. Changes or additions made within the week prior to the event must be done in person at check-in, and may incur a fee up to $299 per change.

If you are the lead guest with an existing reservation you can add a guest online. First, your guest needs a Sixthman Username, and needs to give you permission to add them to your room.

Provide your guest with your Sixthman Username, and have them create a Sixthman profile here, or login to their existing profile. In the Guest Permissions section have them add you to their Approved Lead Guest list.

Once they're done, you can login to your profile and they'll appear in Your Authorized Guests list. Now, go to your current reservation and add them in the Personal Information section.

One week after missing a scheduled payment date, a late fee of $35 is added to the reservation.

Three weeks after missing a scheduled payment date, a final notice of impending cancellation is sent, and the reservation may be cancelled by Sixthman within 7 days.

If you are unable to make a payment as scheduled, please contact Sixthman PRIOR to the payment due date. In extreme circumstances, alternate payment schedules may be arranged. Alternate payment schedules are solely at the discretion of Sixthman. Defaulting on alternate payment arrangements will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation.

Guests traveling by themselves in their own room are responsible for the double-occupancy rate of the room (the double rate times two). Single occupancy rooms will be charged the Resort Fee for only one guest, and will receive a discount of $199.00 off the second fare.

After you have completed the booking process, please contact us. We will do our best to accommodate your request pending availability and capacity of the resort.

Guests of all ages may attend the event however any guest under 18-years of age upon the first day of the event must be accompanied by a guest 18 years or older in the same room. NO exceptions will be made at resort. 

We’re bringing John’s favorite holiday to the Caribbean for our themed night on Tuesday, November 12th, “A John Prine Christmas!” Wrap yourself in pretty ribbons of blue for this evening celebrating holiday wishes, dreams, and desires. Draw inspiration from John’s classic tune with a little flair or get wild in full holiday attire as a beach-livin’ Santa & Mrs. Claus. Get crafty with ugly sweaters (or tank tops?), tinsel, ornaments, and more to show off your holiday spirit. It’s going to be a November Christmas on the beach to remember!

We recommend changing into your festive attire during a late afternoon or evening break, but you're welcome to dress up all day.

Your All The Best vacation with Sixthman and Oh Boy ends the morning of November 15th, with our last show the night of the 14th. If you are departing on the 15th, you must be checked out by 12:00pm but you're welcome to enjoy the resort's amenities until it's time to board your scheduled shuttle. 

Shuttles will run throughout the day from the Punta Cana International Airport to the resort based on the transportation & flight information you submitted through your Sixthman account. On your departure day, Amstar recommends boarding your shuttle 3.5 hours prior to your flight time. For questions about shuttles during All The Best, please visit the Amstar Desk located at both Breathless and Now Onyx.

SHUTTLE SERVICE: Complimentary shuttle service from the Punta Cana International Airport to the Breathless and Now Onyx resorts is available for all guests arriving as early as November 8th and leaving as late as November 18th. Upon exiting the terminal building, you will see Amstar staff, wearing blue-flowered shirts holding signs with the All The Best logo, who will direct you to your shuttle. If your travel dates fall on any other dates, please contact our Guest Services team for assistance. 

RENTAL CARS: If you are arriving in Punta Cana early and renting a car, parking is available at no additional cost.

TAXIS: Taxis are available outside the Arrivals gate at Punta Cana International Airport. 

Yes! There will be daily Friends of Bill W meetings in the Joya Meeting Room located in Spotlight Theater (to the left of the stage) at Now Onyx.

Resort staff and drink gratuities are already included in the price of your vacation package. While you are welcome to extend additional gratuities at your discretion, these included minimum service gratuities are agreed to be paid by you upon booking your room.

Arrival and departure to the resort will be coordinated based on your flight time and check-in will be available throughout the day as your complimentary shuttles arrive at the resort. All rooms will be ready around 3:00pm on the 11th and everyone needs to check out by noon on the 15th. Please know that if you arrive before 3:00pm on the 11th or leave after 12:00pm on the 15th you will still have access to the resort amenities on those days. 

Due to the unique nature of this event, Room Service will not be available at Breathless + Now Onyx resorts. Sixthman will be working closely with the resort to ensure food options are available before and after nightly concerts. Restaurant hours and locations can be viewed within the app Points Of Interest tab.

Punta Cana has a wide-variety of things to explore outside of the resort! Adventures are available for purchase online through Amstar, or you may visit the Amstar Desk on resort property to inquire about available excursions. 

Saving seats in any venue is discouraged. However, we understand when folks need to step away for a moment and will be returning quickly. You will be permitted to hold one seat for a friend or traveling companion at general admission shows.

Items left unattended for more than 30 minutes will be turned in to Lost & Found. 

Please help to keep designated Wheelchair and Special Assistance Accessible areas clear for those guests who need them.

Please refrain from moving chairs in all venues so that we can comfortably accommodate as many guests as possible.

 

Photos and short video clips are allowed. However, please respect your fellow guests and be unobtrusive when taking photos or video clips.

The following are not permitted at any performances or activities:

  • Detachable lenses longer than 3”
  • Filming an entire performance
  • Flash photography
  • GoPro or similar style action cameras
  • iPad or other tablets
  • Professional audio or video equipment
  • Selfie sticks, monopods or tripods

 

Sixthman reserves the right to ask guests to stop filming or taking photos at any time to preserve the guest experience and honor the wishes of our artists.

The Dominican Republic regulates several items that visitors can bring into the country. Up to 200 cigarettes (1 carton), 1 liter of alcohol, and gifts not exceeding $100(USD) can be brought into the country duty-free.

We have worked with The Breathless + Now Onyx resorts to relax their normally strict dress code for this event, as we want you to be comfortable throughout your vacation with us. We just ask that you wear shoes and cover up over your bathing suit when dining in the restaurants.

Additionally, you're encouraged to show your holiday spirit on Tuesday for our themed night "A John Prine Christmas". 

Smoking is prohibited in ALL indoor spaces (including your suite), in the pools, directly in front of the stages as well as outdoor dining areas. This includes regular cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, cigars or pipes. 

Look for designated smoking areas noted with signage. 

Guests are permitted to smoke on their balconies. Smoking inside your room may result in a cleaning charge added to your resort account.

There will be Presidente and Dos Equis XX beer, and a variety of wines, and liquors (including top shelf brands) included. Exact offerings are subject to change.

At time of booking, you acknowledge that the laws that regulate the necessary travel documentation are subject to change and that it is your responsibility to be aware of what is required for travel.

All guests are required to carry a valid passport, not expiring within six (6) months of the return of your trip.

Please note that the name on your ticket must match the name on your passport or you will need to provide an original copy of proof of change of name (marriage license, etc).

On the 11th, programming will begin around 6pm. For the rest of the festival, enjoy all that the resort has to offer during the day, with light programming of shows and activities. Nights will be filled with shows, artist collaborations and jam sessions!. We'll announce more details of the schedule when we get closer to the festival! 

Congrats on your upcoming marriage, how exciting! To ensure every guest has an amazing time on their vacation our team’s focus is 100% on executing the festival, Sixthman is unable to assist in the organization of your vows. All guests attending All The Best must have a reservation booked through Sixthman and must be staying at Breathless + Now Onyx Resorts to attend the shows. There are no day passes or off-site passes available for this event.

John Prine and other artists will perform for all guests on the main stage at Beach Stage. You’ll also get to check out shows on the smaller stage while relaxing in the Now Onyx Main Pool pools during the day. Take a look at the resort map, here

We will have five beach wheelchairs on site for mobility impaired guests to use as needed. These will be available on a first come, first served basis and will be available at the Breathless Water Sports Center. We kindly ask that you return them to the same location once you are finished and you limit use to two hours so they can used by any guest throughout the week. If you’d like to rent a beach wheelchair for personal use every day, please do so through Scooters DR.

If you contacted the Sixthman Guest Services team about your needs prior to attending the festival, we have notified the resort upon request. Refrigerators are available in all rooms for storing insulin.

Breathless + Now Onyx Resorts are equipped with a 24-hour medical center.

Whether you are admitted to the resort's medical center or a medical facility in Punta Cana, your medical expenses will be your out-of-pocket responsibility. Most standard health insurance policies do not cover treatment outside of the US. Please check with your insurance provider for more information.

To ensure that you have assistance with medical expenses during your trip, we strongly recommend the purchase of travel insurance. Accessible Swim Up Rooms (bed options vary) are available and include wider clearance through doorways, toilet, bathroom rails, shower benches and roll-in showers. Accessible rooms do not have a tub or jacuzzi. There is an in-room ramp to lower level and a ramp to the "swim up" pool area. In addition, the resort has ramps throughout the hotel; including reception, pool and beach access areas. There are elevators located in all buildings and lobbies. 

Your information and requirements will be sent to Breathless + Now Onyx Resorts approximately 60 days prior to the event. If your needs require more advanced notice, the Sixthman team will notify the Resort accordingly. Approximately 4-6 weeks prior to the festival you will receive additional information regarding how you may contact the resort directly for any additional questions you may have.

The resort is equipped with ramps throughout the hotel; including reception, pool and beach areas. There are elevators located in all buildings and lobbies. Breathless + Now Onyx are not equipped with pool lifts or beach wheelchairs. 

If you have any food allergies or a dietary requirement that requires Kosher meals or gluten-free food products, please advise Sixthman at the time of booking. Obtaining the product for many of these requests requires 45 days notice prior to the event, and we want to ensure that the resort is able to fulfill your request. We cannot guarantee Kosher meals or gluten-free food product requests made within 45 days of festival date.

Yes. Breathless + Now Onyx accept service dogs that are trained to perform a specific task. A service dog may be needed for many different conditions, which would be acceptable under the American with Disabilities Act (ADA) guidelines. It is your responsibility to be aware of what is required for to travel with a service animal.
