Whether you have traveled around the world and back or this is your first adventure away from your hometown, we understand that our events are unique and that you may have some questions! Our team of trained Guest Service Ninjas are resources available to you now.

At time of booking, please discuss your needs with the Sixthman Guest Services team. Your information and requirements will be sent to Breathless + Now Onyx Resorts approximately 60 days prior to the event. If your needs require more advanced notice, the Sixthman team will notify the resort accordingly.

Approximately 4-6 weeks prior to the festival you will receive additional information regarding how you may contact the resort directly for any additional questions you may have. There are designated accessible areas in each venue, as well as Sixthman staff working in the area (we're the ones in the gray or blue shirts with our logo on them and CREW on the back). Don't hesitate to ask for help if you need anything, that's what we're here for!

The resort is equipped with ramps throughout the hotel; including reception and beach areas. There are elevators located in all buildings and lobbies. NOTE: There are no wheelchair lifts in the pools. 

If you require mobility assistance for the entirety of the festival these items are available for rent through the resort's recommended third party company, Scooters DR.

We will have five beach wheelchairs on site for mobility impaired guests to use as needed. These will be available on a first come, first served basis and will be available at the Breathless Water Sports Center. We kindly ask that you return them to the same location once you are finished and you limit use to two hours so they can used by any guest throughout the week. If you’d like to rent a beach wheelchair for personal use every day, please do so through Scooters DR.

If you contacted the Sixthman Guest Services team about your needs prior to attending the festival, we have notified the resort upon request. Refrigerators are available in all rooms for storing insulin.

Breathless + Now Onyx Resorts are equipped with a 24-hour medical center.

Whether you are admitted to the resort's medical center or a medical facility in Punta Cana, your medical expenses will be your out-of-pocket responsibility. Most standard health insurance policies do not cover treatment outside of the US. Please check with your insurance provider for more information.

To ensure that you have assistance with medical expenses during your trip, we strongly recommend the purchase of travel insurance. Sixthman offers you a leading travel insurance plan through our partnership with Travel Insured International. To discuss questions and pricing for insurance coverage, please contact Sixthman Guest Services.

Accessible Swim Up Rooms (bed options vary) are available and include wider clearance through doorways, toilet, bathroom rails, shower benches and roll-in showers. Accessible rooms do not have a tub or jacuzzi. There is an in-room ramp to lower level and a ramp to the "swim up" pool area. In addition, the resort has ramps throughout the hotel; including reception, pool and beach access areas. There are elevators located in all buildings and lobbies.

If your needs require more advanced notice, the Sixthman team will notify the Resort accordingly. If you have any food allergies or a dietary requirement that requires Kosher meals or gluten-free food products, please advise Sixthman at the time of booking. Obtaining the product for many of these requests requires 45 days notice prior to the event, and we want to ensure that the resort is able to fulfill your request. We cannot guarantee Kosher meals or gluten-free food product requests made within 45 days of festival date.

Yes. Breathless + Now Onyx accept service dogs that are trained to perform a specific task. A service dog may be needed for many different conditions, which would be acceptable under the American with Disabilities Act (ADA) guidelines. It is your responsibility to be aware of what is required for to travel with a service animal.
